Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refund Policy
- If an order is cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
- The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with images or videos for verification. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable in cases of:
- Damage caused due to misuse or mishandling
- Normal wear and tear
- Products returned without original packaging and accessories
